Magical Bridge has partnered with Daly City to bring a new neighborhood playground designed for all ages and abilities to Hillside Park. We would appreciate your input as we design this community park to best reflect the people and spirit of Daly City. Thank you for completing this survey and sharing it with your Daly City friends.

You can fill out this survey anonymously or offer your name and email to stay in touch with the project. You do not need to complete the survey to have your input count. At the end of the survey, you can elect to get more involved as a Project Ambassador. We appreciate all levels of feedback and involvement. Thank you!

The KINDNESS AND CONVERSATION CORNER will be a welcoming space with art, kind words, and a sensory feature. How you would like to see Kindness represented? Please list any words or phrases that are meaningful to you.

LOCAL ARTISTS. Do you know of any local artists who may want to contribute artwork to the playground (painting, sculpture, murals, tile mosaic, etc.)? Please name them with website, if possible.

The FITNESS ZONE will help improve health and wellness for all ages. What types of activities, exercise equipment, or experiences would be most useful to you?

In the GATHERING COURTYARD, what types of activities, games, or events would you like to have to help bring the community together (e.g. chess, board games, hopscotch, buddy benches, etc)?

The IMAGINATION ZONE is designed for creative play and pretend activities (e.g. playhouse and stage). Are there elements or themes that you think would spark people's imagination?

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS. What would you like to see in the playground to help people who may be suffering from loneliness or isolation? What features or programs would bring the Daly City community together?

DALY CITY CULTURE. How would you describe Daly City? Do any words or themes come to mind that we could incorporate into signs and messages that would help people feel at home and connected to the community?
